Family Law Breakfast: The rise in mental health issues in the Family Courts and how can we help?

 

Join us on Thursday 31st October 2019 for a discussion on the rise in mental health issues in the Family Courts and how we can help.

President of the Family Division, Sir Andrew McFarlane will be speaking about his first year in office and some of the reforms that he will be putting in place to help reduce the stress and anxiety of those going through the Family courts. 

He will be joined by a panel of leading experts within Family Law including Jane Mahon from Support Through Court; Gillian Bishop from Family Law in Partnership and Claire Heppenstall from 1GC|Family Law.

Simon Bruce from Farrer & Co will be chairing the panel and Q & A session after the speeches.

Funds raised from this event will help support vulnerable individuals going through court alone.
