Our National Helpline does not receive calls from withheld numbers, so please ensure that you are calling our Helpline with your number available.

Facing court without a lawyer?

We can help at all stages of the court process and can offer emotional and practical support, and some help with completing court forms. We cannot give legal advice, and if our volunteers can’t help, we will try to suggest other services for callers.

  • Volunteer and staff training
  • Quality assurance
  • To make further improvements to the service we provide to you
  • Complaint investigations
  • To protect volunteers and staff from abusive behaviour
  • To address potential safeguarding concerns
