Facing court without a lawyer in London?

We can help at all stages of the court process, either face-to-face or via a remote appointment. At our Royal Courts of Justice office, we help with civil cases, including cases related to the Central London County Court.

If you need support with a family case, please get in touch with one of our London family services.

Operating hours

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10.30am - 3.30pm (closed for lunch between 1.00pm - 1.45pm).

Note: RCJ office will be remain closed 9 April 2024 due to we don't have enough volunteers.

Appointments: We offer face-to-face appointments which can be booked in advance. See link below.
For remote support, please contact our National Online service

Walk-ins: In the morning, we prioritize people who have an appointment; but we accept walk-ins throughout the day according to capacity. Please note that we cannot guarantee support to every person who comes to our office. There may be instances where we are unable to provide immediate assistance. Please be aware that we reserve the right to turn individuals away if our capacity has been reached, even if clients arrive before closing time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
